Nothing Was close to center

- room promised was not given to us - we did not have a drawer - bathroom remind me of a jail from 1945 - sheets were dirty and full of hair - walls were dirty too, i think no one bother to renew anything since 1990

Nothing. Its a waste of money and time and apoiling the holidays.

I will suggea Booking.com to remove this property from the list as thisbis the worst accomodatuon i have ever had. According to me, rating word does not suits to this accomodation. Everything thing to this property like staff, room facilities, Beds etc all were so bad that cannot explain. I had requested room with shower and when we reached room, i was told that this is shower in the room and toilet is outside shared. I said shower mens that you have toilet within. He said NO, you didn’t ask so not providing. Amazing answer. The way he talks, horrible after entering in the room and when the time come to leave hotel and if you are late by the time, person will come to door and will knock the door with heavy noise. There is no etiquettes how to talk to guests.

The lady who welcomed us was very happy and friendly and location is superb

To be honest the place is a complete and utter cess pit . The rooms are rotten the shower room was like something from a Victorian prison the shared toilet was covered in pooh.the beds had pubes on em and the carpets where crunchy....ridiculously expensive for a pure toilet of a hotel ...and there was also sick in the sink ....not to mention the view from the room which didn't exist

Location was absolutely brilliant!!!

First room was just a bit of a let down as the view well there was none, though the second night (which was requested at last minute) room was perfect :) very typical central Amsterdam location :)

Very central location , and the staff were so helpful with everything we only stayed one evening .. we stayed in room 6 at the top of the stairs the stairs are very narrow and steep so if you struggle with stairs This would be a problem . Also as we were right at the top of stairs you can hear doors banging a lot not the end of the world . Now yes the place is run down and could do with a bit of TLC but our beds were the most comfortable bed We’ve stayed in we didn’t want to get up and got extra pillows no problem . So comfy . Staff great no issues at all

The property does need some TLC the rooms need a lick of paint probably a good hoover and maybe some updated furniture and somewhere to hang clothes.

Nothing.

Mold, smoke, broken cabinets, bugs, loud noises, mice! Booked a two night stay here. Walked into the room and realized the situation was going to be bad. The smell of mold was already present in the hallways and was even stronger in my room. I went out to buy air freshener spray to help. Noise from the neighboring rooms was loud. Cigarette smoke came into the room from the outside as well as from the hallways. I noticed a few bugs which looked like spiders and mosquitoes crawling around. Might have been bed bugs too, I'm not sure. My wife and I hesitantly stayed and toughed it out until at 4am I was awoken by some crinkling sound coming from my luggage. I turned the lights on and found and mouse jump from my luggage and onto my bed. That was enough for me. We packed our things and left. The advertisement for this hotel is deceiving. It seems legit and for the price I paid 238 Euros. I should have at least gotten a clean hotel. I checked out that morning and the hotel personal refused to refund me of my Saturday night stay. Bookings.com did refund me a small amount of 45 euros. I walked over to IBIS hotel and took a room there. Overall, dont stay here if you want a pleasant experience for your vacation. The place is more suitable for a vagrants.

DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATİON From the beginning to the end everything was terrible, the photos do not reflect the truth, rooms smell dirty, hotel damp and wet, beds are very old and smell bad. The dirtiest place i've seen in amsterdam. DO NOT STAY HERE...

Location was brilliant 5 mins away from anything you care for in Amsterdam, very tourist friendly as everyone in the city speaks English.

Staff were a bit funny but might be cultural differences.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen & I can’t understand why Booking.com has it listed!

Everything! It was filthy, noisy, hot, filled with smoke & had holes in the floor, wooden blocks holding the windows open, the building should be condemned. And I would like to be reimbursed for the night we could not stay in such squalor.
